We understand our mental health is shaped by the worlds we live in.

Individual support must be grounded in context. That’s why we offer non-clinical mental health support and coaching for people navigating burnout, difficult experiences, major transitions, relationships, organizing, and the emotional realities of collective work.

Areas of Focus

Trauma-informed care · Grief & loss · Organizing & labor · Major life transitions · Relationships & conflict · Identity & belonging · Sexual and gender-based violence · Immigration & displacement · Body oppression & fat liberation · Movement-related harm · Disability justice

Mental Health Support & Coaching

fee-dependent | short-term or long-term | individual

Ongoing, non-clinical support for individuals navigating the emotional and relational realities of their lives and work.

This may include support with burnout, conflict, grief, organizing and labor-related stress, unionizing, major transitions, mental health challenges, relationships, and other moments when life feels difficult to navigate alone. Together, we might process what is happening, reflect on patterns, make decisions, develop coping strategies, build resources, plan for what comes next, or work toward repair.

This offering is designed to be consistent and ongoing, with the length and frequency of support shaped around your needs.

Urgent Mental Health Support

free | short-term or long-term | Individual or Collective

Organizing can expose people and organizations to experiences that are sudden, destabilizing, and difficult to process alone—from harassment and violence to an action that goes badly or an attack on a community space. CCP offers prioritized, short-term support following these kinds of events.

Support may include individual sessions, group support, working with individuals and the broader group together, or healing-focused gatherings and retreats.

Because urgent needs should not be limited by someone’s ability to pay, this support may be offered at no cost.

Restorative Conflict Support

fee-dependent | timeframe | Individual(s) or Collective

Support for people and organizations navigating harm, conflict, and the possibility of repair.

This work brings together restorative justice and mediation practices with individual and collective mental health support. We work with two or more people, groups, or organizations to understand what happened, how power shaped the conflict, what harm occurred, and what restoration might require.

Restorative work is not simply about resolving disagreement. It asks what accountability, repair, and collective healing can look like when relationships have been damaged, and power is part of the story.

What Informs Our Work

Our practice is informed by our experiences working alongside people organizing and working within movements for collective liberation.

This includes:

Workers & union organizers
People navigating workplace organizing, collective action, labor conflict, burnout, and the relationships that develop through organizing.

Immigrant & racial justice organizers
People working across migration, language, displacement, state violence, family separation, and community survival.

Rape crisis & sexual violence advocates
People supporting survivors while navigating the emotional, relational, and institutional realities of this work.

Fat liberation & body justice organizers
People challenging systems of body oppression and developing ways of relating to bodies that resist shame, surveillance, and disposability.

Fee-Dependent Scale

Given the economic reality, our political conditions, each individual's positionality, and the mission of this Project, we have a Fee-Dependent Scale to help assess your financial feasibility.

Our Hourly Rate: $160

Payment is established by first having a conversation, where CCP assesses capacity and whether we are able to provide support based on your needs.

You assess whether our skills meet your needs, ask clarifying questions or for more info, and assess your financial capacity.

Fee-Dependent Scale is based on your own assessment of what you would reasonably be able to pay per session.
